Service first, straight answers always — process equipment, without the runaround.
Expert support
Email us and a person who knows plating answers — with a part, a price and a lead time. No callback queue, no "request a quote" black hole.
Send a part number
Give us the OEM number or a photo of the old part. We match it to a compatible equivalent — no spec sheet needed.
Competitive pricing
Published numbers priced against the quote-only incumbents. No negotiating to reach list price, no games.
Up front and transparent
We quote the real lead time up front — stocked, days, or weeks — and keep you posted until it lands. Guided by signal, not guesswork.
Line card
What we carry. Every quote comes with a real lead time — consumables turn fastest, engineered assemblies take longer, and we tell you which is which up front.

Ordering · Compatibility · TermsDo you actually stock in the USA?
We are based in Atlanta, Georgia and ship stocked items from here. Not everything is on our shelf — engineered assemblies and some equipment are built or sourced through our supplier network. The difference is we tell you which is which, with a real lead time, before you order.
Will an aftermarket part void my equipment warranty?
In the United States, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act generally prevents a manufacturer from voiding a warranty simply because you used a third-party consumable. A manufacturer can deny a claim if it shows the part caused the failure. We supply parts built to the original specification, and we will tell you plainly when a part is not an exact equivalent. If you are under an active service contract, check its terms first.
Can I pay by purchase order or get net terms?
Yes for established accounts. Send a credit application and trade references to sales@batautomation.com and we will set up net terms. First orders are typically card or prepay while the account is opened.
Are you set up for tax-exempt and resale purchases?
Yes. Send your Georgia resale or exemption certificate with your first order and we will flag the account so tax is not applied.
How do I know which filter cartridge fits my chamber?
Three things determine fit: cartridge length, end cap style (DOE, 222, 226, flat or fin), and micron rating. Send us the chamber make and model, or a photo of the old cartridge end cap, and we will match it.
How do I know when to change a filter?
Most shops change on differential pressure rather than on a calendar. A rise of roughly 10 to 15 PSI over the clean starting pressure usually means the element is loaded. Falling flow rate and rising haze in the bath are the other two signals.
How is freight handled on heavy items?
Small parcel is calculated at checkout. Anything over about 150 lb, oversized, or hazmat ships LTL freight and is quoted separately so you are not overcharged by a flat rate. Tanks and large chambers usually ship on a pallet with liftgate available.
What if I only have the old part and no numbers?
Photograph the nameplate, the end cap, or the part itself and email it to sales@batautomation.com with your machine or tank details. We will identify it and come back with a compatible part, a price and availability.
Tell us what the line needs.
Answer what you know and skip the rest — a person who knows plating reads every request and comes back with a price and an honest lead time, usually the same business day. Attach a drawing or a photo of the worn part and we'll work from that.
